It takes about 10 minutes on foot. Taking the bus may or may not be convenient depending on where you are going. But if you transfer, you can go anywhere.

How’s the weather end of December/beginning of January? Would the weather allow hiking/snorkeling? Would I be able to go to these activities by bike?

The temperature is probably between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius then. Hiking is possible, but snorkeling is difficult. Public transportation will be more convenient than bicycle.

Take airport bus number 600 from the airport, transfer to number 531 at Yerae entrance, and get off at Daepyeong-ri. You can go in reverse order when you go to the airport.

Cats all over the town

The room was clean, and the view was nice. Thought it would be weird to see a bunch of green houses but you don't really notice them being there. The hikes you can go in the area were amazing and the scenery we won't forget. There were basic cooking facilities in the room, you can ask for the rice cooker at the office downstairs. They have 2 bikes left in the yard for people to use, prolly best to ask before using them tho. They worked fine when we used them to ride around the town-only on the dirt road, didn't wanna go out to the proper roads since the people drive frantic-. They also have a washing machine you can use in the back of the premises, during our stay it was never in use. 10-15 mins walking to Daepyong-ri (last bus stop) if you come from Jeju airport, you will have to change the bus -to #633&531 both go to Daepyong-ri대평리- at 예래입구 or 상예입구. It takes about 45-50mins on an express bus(#600) from the aiport, Daiso on your left.

The place was clean, and the staff was easily contactable through the booking.com app. Had enough utensils, pots and pans to do some cooking.

It's a little far, so if you don't have a car, it's hard to reach. The deluxe studio is on the second floor, so was a bit tiring to bring luggage up and down the stairs

Great stay on Jeju!

The staff was helpful at any time of the day (and night). We got detailed information about transport and were able to use the bicycles during our stay to explore the area for free. We were also able to do our laundry for free. It was great to have our own cooking facilities and we felt very comfortable in the apartment.

A few more cooking bits would have been useful. The reality was a bit more basic than the pictures...

Best place to stay in Jeju

The flat was spacious and just like in the description. It was clean and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary basics that you need for cooking. There is a washer outside free to use. The host was very friendly, allowed us to check in a bit earlier and even borrowed us his bike for some short trips in the area. There are some smaller supermarkets (like 7eleven) just a few minutes walk around but you need to take the bus to the next village for bigger supermarkets. The beach is also nearby, maybe 20 minute walking distance.

Great location if you have a car

It was a very quiet place, very relaxing. There was a 7/11 down the street, 5 minutes walk. The location is close to Olle trail 8 and 9. At night you can hear the sea (20 minutes walk). There are plenty of restaurants in the area and 4 supermarkets. I was able to use the bike and the washing machine. There is a mountain (olle trail 9) behind the pension and it is really good for a hike. You can see Hallasan when walking down the main road. There is a bus stop 10 minutes walk from the pension.

Without a car, it can be very time consuming to travel by bus and hilly for the bike. If you are vegetarian, better be prepared to cook, drive, or go 30 minutes by bus to find vegetarian options.

An amazing trip of beautiful sights, gorgeous beaches. Relaxing surroundings.

lt’s in a quiet place, you can see a bit of the ocean from the balcony (on second level) there’s third level. No lift. Sime eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Not ideal if you are not driving.

No changing of linens or towels, but the price point is good value so no complaints. Also there is a washing machine with detergent available to use for free, also drying rack available.
